Add fun touches with science themed chocolates! 

Crazy Brain Chocolates, an Etsy shop, makes these cool beaker chocolates along with test tubes. 

Add an authentic feel to your party decor with glass or plastic beakers and flasks. Use them to hold party snacks, for older kids they would make perfect drink carafes.

Let the experiments begin! These chocolate brains (filled with rice krispie treats) look so cool. 

Available from Crazy Brain Chocolate, an Etsy Shop, for $13 per dozen. They also make one filled with cake if that is preferred. 

These acrylic trays from The Container Store are perfect for displaying the brains. A dozen will fit in one large tray. We had 24 brains and used 2 trays (stacked) to display them. The trays are a good investment as you will use them over and over again for play dates and other parties. 

I used to think jello shots were just for adults. But here we have syringes filled with regular jello and labelled with very fun labels from BSquared Designs.

If you want to do more on your own, you can purchase a download and print yourself set of labels. If you want to do less you can purchase syringes (larger than what we used) already labeled, and even a stand for them. We just stood ours up in glass 1000ml beakers, which looked very cool. Each 1000 ml beaker should hold 12 - 13 1 oz syringes. 

Warning: These can be messy and end with jello on the floors and on clothing, especially with younger kids.

This display looks so good! The Nerds are small and colorful and look great in the test tubes. I ordered "BIOHAZARD!! Nerd-like side effects" flags from Bsquared Design. Just note if using the test tube stand, you'll only be able to put the tags on the outer tubes.

We made 30 for our party of 14 kids. We had many left over but was worth the leftovers as the display looked so good. If you opt not to display or decide to make even more, these would be great in favor bags. 

If you make one thing, this should be it. The result is amazing!!

We happened to have this guy and he really added to the Science Lab feel. 

The kids loved getting a pair of these glasses as they walked in. They all looked adorable with them on as well. Be sure to get children's sized ones for young kids.

Ranging between $16 and $22 per coat, these are a splurge. But if you can swing it, they add a lot to the party. Especially in combination with the Lab IDs and safety glasses. Every child will look like a mini scientist. 

I heard of a few kids who did not want to take the coats and IDs off even when they got home.
