Petee's Pie Company makes the best pies in the city. There is a pureness to the pies that is truly wonderful. Their standard crust uses grassfed butter and organic NY State flour. They also offer gluten-free versions. Their pies are also refreshingly not too sweet, letting you really taste the quality ingredients. My family would live off of the Coconut Custard pie if that were possible. Wild Blueberry is my personal favorite so far.
