This is one of our all time favorite recipes for any gathering. We love it especially for Easter. It is not that hard to make and yet looks amazing. The pavlova has a nice crunch to the outside and a yummy chewy inside. The pillowy whipped cream adds a lush softness and the fruit a touch of brightness. Feel free to use other fruit, as you can see from the photo, that day I only had blueberries and strawberries.
